How to enter

The CIPR Northern Ireland Awards are your chance to showcase the impact, innovation, and effectiveness of your communications work over the past year. Whether you are part of an agency, in-house team, public body, or operating independently, if your campaign made a difference, it deserves to be seen.

Step One. Choose Your Categories

There’s a wide range of categories to suit every type of campaign, team, and individual. From sector-specific awards to honours for creativity, measurement, and innovation — review the categories and select the ones that best reflect your achievements.

Tip: You can enter multiple categories and submit the same campaign across more than one — just ensure each entry is tailored.

Step Two. Prepare Your Entry

Each submission requires a written entry of up to 1,000 words covering:

  • Objectives and Planning

  • Strategy and Tactics

  • Creativity and Innovation

  • Delivery and Implementation

  • Measurement and Evaluation

You’ll also have the option to include supporting materials such as media coverage, video links, graphics, results dashboards, or testimonials.

Step Three. Submit Online

Entries must be submitted via the official CIPR Awards portal. You’ll need to register an account, upload your entry and supporting materials, and pay your entry fee securely online.

    • Early CIPR Member: £80 + VAT per entry

    • Clear and measurable objectives

We encourage entries that are bold, inclusive, and reflective of the evolving role of public relations in society today.
